By submitting a Photo (as defined below) to Mix It Up Creamery ("Company"), you grant Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, and create derivative works of the Photo in any media, known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, on our website and social media channels. "Photo" means any photograph or image you submit to Company through the website. In addition, you agree that Company may use your contact information (as defined below) to contact you for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, sending you emails about special offers and updates. "Contact information" means the email address and phone number you provide when submitting a Photo. Your submission of a Photo constitutes your agreement to these terms.
